I own this sweetheart display cabinet too! I love mine and I spray painted mine a light blue – view here.
What a way to make your kitchen cabinets more beautiful! I really love the colours and floral pattern, I do believe it’s called Paisley rose. Such gorgeous glass lidded bowls! I’m a sucker for anything floral.
Oh my word! I remember seeing this little cabinet in Urban Outfitters and it cost £65 when it was available, now it’s £30 from Charlie and Carter living!
This love heart Mirror wall sconce would work very well in my hallway. For some reason my hall is painted magnolia instead of white (I regretted it instantly but the painter had done his work so it has stayed!) and I found a great mirror in the type of wood that is surrounding the mirror in the photo above – so it would work really well! It would add some lovely warmth in the winter. It’s tiny so practically impossible to put a lamp there.
Antique keys!!! I’ve been looking for some of these FOREVER! becuase I want to paint them. Beautiful pastel colours. I’m aware there will be many who will think this a crime but I don’t care. They’re great value.
Hooting owls craft kit. Not only do I love the colours, I love the styling of this photograph! And I love all types of craft kits. They save you from spending an absolute fortune on items that, if you were to buy separately, you would probably have enough to start your own production line! Sometimes you may just want to try a craft before committing to buying everything related to it.
This Framed 3d Heart print is just beautiful! Another one for my hallway. I know there will be many of you thinking “I could make that” and you’re probably right. By the time you get a good quality shadow frame, mount for the frame, all the different papers and two sizes of heart punch (or free templates) you’d be spending a fair few bucks anyway. This is the ‘lazy butt’ answer for instant wall art (because you bought it). I made a 3d butterfly piece for my friend years ago and because I thought it could live without the glass, a few years on, a few house moves on and it’s wrecked. She has requested another so I must find a shadow frame!
An essential for winter – a bird feeder, a luxury for winter – a bird villa feeding station! Normally, I dont leave food out for the birds as there are 3 cats who would eat them and I couldn’t live with that, but in the winter and minus temperatures I actually use the lid of our recycling bins and cover it with bird seed regularly. I filled a planter with warm water too and made a little bird bath. Buying a villa would mean we would need a really really high ladder to get to the very top of our tree so the monsters wouldn’t get the beautiful birds. Could you mount it to the side of the house? We already have nests up there. Why not feed them too! Turn it into a little hotel :p
I hope you enjoy Charlie and Carter living! It’s a beautiful store and these ladies have a fabulous blog too; Oh So Lovely Vintage.
