Choosing my forever wardrobe... and going through what I already have!!
Ok so heres a peak into what i have and what I know Im keeping. Im in two minds about a few things but you shall see..
The Little Black Dress (i have 2)
This sweater and these jeans ( i love them)
This coat and these boots
A satin floral dress ive worn twice!
Ok so - theres my Lbd there. I have a black pencil skirt
I have a black tulip skirt
a turquoise cardigan from next
a black and white stripe top
the black jeans
ordinary jeans (skinny) for when the ground is wet
and bootleg for comfort
a yellow satin top from monsoon
a mustard knit top (mines not exactly like that, its much nicer and last year i wore it under a purple cardi. It looked lovely.
That grey stag jumper i got over christmas - I may put it towards my christmas jumper collection. (I have recycled a lot of my wardrobe!)
So far thats like 14 pieces. I dont know how anyone copes on a 14 piece wardrobe without worrying about looking the same? There were a lot of clothes I have that I couldnt find online.
AND there is too much black in the wardrobe for my liking!! I have a red floral dress here that I have to photograph.
I have these items... I dont know whether to keep them... Well.. I love the first three items. The playsuit i can probably sell.
It is so hard to go through everything! Especially when I know my wardrobe is one I will be wearing forever!
Seriously. Difficult.. just letting you know my progress : )
Apart from that playsuit and the mini skirt i have (i dont like it that much) I think this is the start of the forever stuff!!
Now i can look at my sewing patterns and see what i can come up with!! Moodboards and inspiration a plenty :)

That little black dress looks gorgeous on you!
I say keep the 3 items that you still like, but if you don't wear them soon then think about getting rid of them.

The lbd is stunning! And I don't think that you can ever have too many of them, or too much black, either. It's timeless, which is a very important part of building a forever wardrobe. Have fun; I can't wait to see what you decide to sew first!
