The Bedroom Update

You may recall at the start of the month I was hoping to mature my bedroom style slightly ^_^ with my ikea furniture plan.

So I got the lamp ^_^

That is just part of a set of vintage pillowcases ^_^ The jewellery rack, white mug with brushes, white piggy bank and tea light holder I already had in my posession. 

I pretty much followed through with everything on my plan apart from the cath kidston storage, i went for ikea storage but missed the boxes for the hanging thing. I took some cell phone pictures of the inside but i'll take some more when I get the hanging situation looking a little neater. 

 This is my before image! I moved the bed from directly under the skylight because I was getting blinded every morning! A few changes made a massive difference.. definitely on a budget too. The ikea wardrobe and the shoe cabinet measured up as the same width as the old open wardrobe that the cat had scratched to death. Because the skubb shoe storage is very slim it opens up the room sooo much and makes it feel much bigger. The next purchase is a large white rug to cover that horrible bloody cover!!
