It's only the second today... definitely not too late to get your 2012 planner made up! I got one for xmas and it was dated from like the 17th of december which was fabulous but I do like making my own. In fact, I usually get very bored with my planners and stop using them around april.
I love the way Hanna has used gorgeous photo images in her separating tabs! My planner is full of black ink at the moment as it's all I had in my handbag. I found my steadtler pens though so its ready for some colour now ^_^ I also got myself a cath kidston set of labels and stickers for christmas so Ive been filling my diary with those!
