ooooo I love adorable tea parties and layouts! I get so excited. I love those cupcakes so much! They look delicious ^_^ This is actually 'a bridal shower', as someone in the UK I've no idea what a bridal shower is... is it an engagement party but only for girls? And then the bachelorette party is the hen night?
I think I love this party decor so much because it's all been done in my favourite colours! I LOVE those flowers in the bird cage. I wouldn't be that creative... I'd probably have stuck a candle in there. Unless it's wood... I'm not that silly.
Those little bottles are very sweet. And the clear plates are a very good idea for keeping the theme.... and also not going over the top. A lot of tea parties can go OTT with mix and match china which can still look fabulous but this means that lots of pattern and colour can be added throughout the room and on the table with flowers..not just on the crockery.
That cake is amazeballs (i stole that word of Becki from Reetsweet :p) I LOVE it allll!! I don't know enough people to invite to a soiree of this stature but I'm quite confident that between me and my friends we could polish off this table of treats if we didn't eat all day haha.
I love those flowers and the candle sticks ^_^
That tablecloth looks like a giant hanky! So cute
Fabulous. I don't know if it's the light but that fireplace looks like its also pastel blue. Do you think these shutters were put up especially for the party? (Behind the cake table) I would love to have seen the venue or house before it got decorated. So i could steal all of their ideas haha! Those flowers are super cute too in those wee vases either end of the table.
I love it all. Those chairs are beautiful and marry the candlesticks and little details of the table perfectly don't you think?
The whole show! This party was styled by Eventology in Houston Texas.
