Holy schamoley.... can you believe its july?! for me these first two three weeks of july the whole of july pretty much is birthday season. And mostly all family... so this is why my blog is full of party ideas and loveliness coming up to the summer time. Did i mention my birthday is included there too?!
oooo!!!!! My eyes are like saucers :p That reminds me though that I should probably look up some pretty gift wrap inspiration too. Does anybody know what those little plants are on the table? Are they just little bowls of grass? They look like tiny dipping bowls.
You could also use these little plant pokey lovelies (on the cocktail sticks) to stick in cupcakes! I must also look for taper candles. If I'm getting a cake I want taper candles! Unlike last year I haven't been mentioning my favourite cake at every opportunity because I ended up with three on my birthday lol. Mmm mmm cake for breakfast all week.

Have I also mentioned that I am slightly obsessed with neon at the moment? I think it might be because I discovered I can buy neon coloured gouache for adding to watercolour and the excitement just overwhelmed me slightly! These photographs depict the most adorable little party you could imagine! I love the little plants on the table and the fact this decor is SO simple and easy to make.. it also wouldn't take very long but it looks SO effective. I would be blown away if i walked into someones house for a little birthday dinner and this was the decor on offer!
Quickly I need tissue paper!!! Loving the blue water in the bottle/vase for the branch decoration on the table ^_^ and the fact that absolutely everything is colour co-ordinated. Very effective. These folks definitely know what they are doing in the styling department ^_^
