As soon as I saw this store in Amsterdam I was wide eyed and very excited by the mixture of textures and shapes. I just love the eclectic shelving and mix of items that seem so random but work in perfect harmony. The tonality is fabulous and now I really want a lace tablecloth and gigantic chandelier.
This just seems to be absolute heaven for me. Seriously... I have been taking an online class recently and one of the arty layouts was about relaxation and your form of 'haven' and I have not done it, because for the life of me I couldn't really think of what I would do. After seeing this I cant believe I didn't think of it before!!! I must print it and add it as part of my layout. I flippin love it! I also like lying on the floor so I could use one of those bad boys as a pillow. Quickly! I want a tent!
Look at the vase! It's huge and wonderful. I could just live in this shop, although if I went in Im sure I would feel intensely self concious of being in a place of such beauty. Id feel the need to look uber glamourous before entering an establishment such as this! Does that sound crazy? a little bit huh? Dressing up to go in shop.
Oh Look!!!! You could add this to a colour journal. Such fabulous interest!
