Ohhh my goodness!!!! This fabulous tutorial on a ball garland is a lot like the one I created last year (you can see in the bottom image of this linked post) but I love the mixture of cut out letters and little felt balls. Of course it's Autumn over here and it would be a giant banner if I made one ^_^
