oh I never think of raspberry in an Autumn colour palette but it is just perfect! I love Tara Anderson and her lovely styling and craft work ^_^ The apple cider tea is just perfect to get you in the mood for autumn!
Um Yes! I wish we got our paint swatches/paint chips like this in the UK.. I think most of ours are dulux cards with the gradient? I might just paint on some card to make my own swatches. Ive been working on my autumn journal for a few days and I will share with you tomorrow ^_^
This is one of my favourite ever journalling pages anyone has ever done! Mine is in a sketchbook type thing so I am trying to keep my layering to a minimum but I love the paint swatches on book pages and the stitched embellishments.
Some very pretty Styling for 'sweet autumn' pictures. A collaboration with Jek in the box last year or the year before.
This is the more traditional pallet dont you think? I never thought I would ever be in love with this colour combination, but I must admit that I definitely am ^_^ Ive been trying to source some lovely mustard coloured bamboo yarn for the longest time (2 years maybe) and no luck at all! I received a lovely crochet heart as a gift that was done with embroidery thread so I might make some tiny embellishments!
Positively lovely stitching and even lovelier layered embellishments!
In Taras post she shared some fabulous ideas for prompts -
"Journaling Prompts
Journaling is always easier when you have an idea of what you'd like to write about! Keep these journaling ideas in mind to help create little Autumn stories throughout your book.
- a favorite Fall memory
- What are you thankful for this season?
- favorite Fall colors
- favorite Fall smells (cinnamon, pumpkin, wood burning in a fire place)
- What is your ideal Autumn afternoon?
- What is your favorite Fall event?
- Fall recipes (I used a mailing envelope to collect recipes written on little index cards)"

This also might be one of my favourites! Does anyone know what the gold stuff is? Id love to buy it whatever it may be!
