Everyone ready to get organised?! 

As soon as I saw this SMART goals picture, I knew I had to share it. This is generally how I split up my tasks and achieve almost everything I want to. I always make my plans and goals realistic so I get to tick loads off at the end of the year ^_^

Ive posted about this printable before and it's still my favourite. I definitely need to get myself a laminator.. although making a little mini book out of this could be good. It's nice to remember what you had planned and wanted to achieve. Get this printable from JulieAnnArt Here
