I have to say that Lille Ting is one of my new favourite blogs! Tini (a nickname I think) upcycles furniture, makes little tilda toys and has the most beautiful home!!
This little cabinet is absolutely marvellous with its little paint job and fabric screen included! It’s just a small cabinet and perfect for storing ribbons and bits. I think it looks great and yes I have already been on gumtree and eBay trying to find something similar. I think I’ll head to the thrift shop as soon as I possibly can!
I do love a vintage etage and I love flowers and greengate. This is all a dream encapsulated in an image!
A little mini tea set that has been painted and decoupage using Greengate paper napkins. Doesn’t it look incredible? I love the brightness of the flowers!
This, I love!! A little mail rack, painted and decoupage with napkins. It is so beautiful! I would love to see this crafty lady at work ^_^
Is this not a complete dream of a dining area?! I can’t even make a list of everything I would steal from this room. Everything. I would take the lot and run like crazy! I just love it!
I still haven’t managed to master the art of free stitching on my sewing machine and I really should because Tini did a great job with this lovely little tea towel! Greengate and crochet everywhere ^_^ I’m in heaven!
I think I really need to find these tins! Does anybody know what brand these are? And does anybody know what pattern from greengate that tea towel is? The pattern is just beautiful and could make a great cushion or laundry bag!
I really want to find a lamp like this. I have set up alerts on all the websites I could for vintage lights. And I definitely will be visiting thrift shops as soon as I possibly can! I must try to find a huge one but I think it will be very difficult here in Northern Ireland as it’s so small.
How incredible does this kitchen look? To me, it’s the perfect mix of modern and vintage style. I love how glass fronted doors were incorporated with little fabric screens behind. I never would have thought of something like that!
Yes please. To everything here! I must do a little bit of research on how to grow hyacinths like this. I see a lot of bulb vases and things. The only problem I have with hyacinths is their strong fragrance. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and I remember that last year I was almost knocked out with the smell! They’re so pretty though. Silk ones perhaps? I have silk hyacinths that I bought many moons ago, they look great but I think I may need to update the vase!
Simple and beautiful.
What a fabulous looking table! I have a gorgeous Spode casserole dish that is blue polka dot and it houses all of my crochet pot holders. It may need to be relocated. Do you find that after some time you don’t notice all the wonderful things you already have? Maybe a change of location would freshen the style in my home.
These colours and wicker baskets just remind me of christmas ^_^
I had to share this diptych as it almost took my breath away! It’s so beautiful! And it made me want a bureau haha. I have no reason to own a bureau.
Lille Ting is a fabulous blog! You should go and shower Tini with love!
