Make Your Gifts Look Awesome With These DIY Christmas Gift Tags
I’ve been having lots of fun customising my own DIY Christmas gift tags for presents this year. I was very excited to get my hands on some tags from Self Packaging and have been using pens, twine, beads, tapes and eyelets to make them my own.
I was playing around with my gelly roll pen and adding little polka dots to the red star with the intention of overlapping.
When I finished with my little dots, it was simple to overlap the stars. The final step is to add some twine and a wooden bead and then tie off.
Cute right? And easy peasy!
Banner Style DIY Christmas Gift Tags:
These were easy to create too, you can see the little banner shaped tags I got from Self Packaging, all I had to do was add some of my favourite glitter tape, or washi tape and then punch another hole through. You find a similar single hole punch right here.
Making your own DIY Christmas gift tags and embellishments is a lot of fun. Especially using my Meri Meri red striped glitter tape and American Crafts gold glitter tapes from last Christmas. I love them! I think I will use my vintage typewriter (name Beryl) to add everyone’s names and holiday greetings.
