The Hearthandmade Christmas House Tour
I feel I must warn you that this is an insanely photo heavy post. A mixture of some collage images and regular portrait photos. I say it’s a house tour; it’s two rooms. My pastel shabby dining room, where most of the ornaments are ice cream cones and cupcakes.
Then, we have the tree from my living room and other decorations scattered around the room. Unfortunately, the weather has been awful here, so I have been unable to get a good landscape photo with the entire living room scene, so snippets will have to do for now ^_^.
Welcome to the pretty pastel dining experience! A little Christmas meal with friends. With the emergency chairs in full view. I didn’t put those out there; they should have been hidden behind, but I can live with that.

The full view from one side. I made those crackers as part of a Wilna Furstenberg Christmas workshop that I purchased last year. I had such fun cutting, painting and filling my crackers. I tried to get good gifts for inside, like a mini harmonica on a key ring, a little kawaii torch key ring, lip balm, etc.vegan friendly, and some green and blacks mini chocolate bars.
Lucvegan-friendlychocolate in mine ^_^
I like this view a lot. My favourite purchase this year, has to be the pink wine glasses. I LOVE them!
It’s a pretty nice view.
I love these little trees too.
I was brought some gorgeous flowers at our little christmas meal, so I had fun making little arrangements and playing with photos.
Now for the living room!
I love my skinny tree. I wouldn’t be able to fit a regular artificial tree in my living room, too much furniture and not enough sitting space as it is! The ‘Deck the halls’ was added using the Rhonna Designs app.
I had to buy this little chalk board situation when I saw it in sainsburys. I added the snow with a chalk marker. I’ve had those little dangly legged snowmen for at least 15 years. They’re doing well!
Every year I treat myself to a Christmas mug. This year I’ve bought two. This hand painted mug by Gisela Graham is my favourite.
I got myself some Pretty Pegs legs for the ikea chair in my living room and they look great! They make the chair a tiny bit taller and they look so good.
The dutiful hearthandmade assistant. Just watching.
The second mug I treated myself too, this Santa face from Cath Kidston 2015. You can find similar here.
A pretty little tree ornament by Gisela Graham. I love ornaments by Gisela. I’ve collected them for years. I decided to decorate my kitchen a little more this year, pink and red is my colour scheme for this year (including my December Daily album).
No Christmas kitchen can be complete without a christmas apron. This is from a few years ago but I love it.
There we go! I hope you enjoyed the photos today.

The dining table is absolutely beautiful! I love pastel pink! my tree has pink and white ornaments, so this would go perfectly together!
Thanks so much Lotte! I’d love to see your tree ^_^
Super cute & beautifully decorated! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Thank you! <3
Your assistant is adorable. I love your color scheme, the pink and wore is pretty. I also want your tree mug, it looks huge.
the tree mug is just a regular sized mug 🙂 which can be nice. I’m used to the 500ml Cath Kidston mug. It’s a lot of liquid!
