Shabby Chic Style Craft and Decor Ideas from Turkey
How fabulous is this Statice wreath? At least, I think it’s Statice. I think it’s just stunning and I would love to hang one in my home! I’m sure many of you would too ^_^
As soon as I saw this little cupboard with its handmade chicken wire cabinet doors, I knew I had to post! The summer months are upon us and for some reason (perhaps the sunshine) I only like nautical decor come July time. I think this light and bright nautical decor looks fabulous! I’m not a fan of blues and reds together but I love the light shabby style mix of decor, like beachcottage blog. I’ve seen a few great ideas here that I plan to replicate in my living room.
Pastel dishes in my favourite colours… where can I buy some?!
I am completely enamoured with this home and all of the eclectic crockery that’s in it. There are some great, unusual decorative pieces here that I want to steal for my own home. This gal has some great taste!
How’s this for a great idea? A simple lamp, some drift wood and a sharpie! And also a stencil, I would definitely need a stencil. The one thing I am awful at drawing is a star.
This is just a gorgeous little peek into a magazine that Emel was enjoying. I absolutely love Emel’s blog – ‘All the good things’, the decor, like my own, changes with the seasons and I’ve enjoyed every post.
How great is this little crate on wheels? It’s like a little pet bed! My cat would love this, especially the blanket and I could drag her over with the wheels if I wanted to pet her!
I know so many of us have those little milk bottles in the wire crate, the simple addition of yarn or ribbon makes such a difference!
Wrapping a cup handle with twine is a great idea for visual interest if you plan to use it as a little vase.
This is a gorgeous view! Head over to Emel’s blog and enjoy yourself!
