Welcome to my first installment in the Craft Room Diaries! I love my craft room, it’s so bright and airy; it’s full of colour and it makes me happy. It’s a great space to work in. Now, in this particular post I will be sharing images that I have taken over the past 8 months in the craft room and some images are SHAMEFUL! Images that I shot during separate photo shoots for the Summer Magazine. Needless to say, the place was an absolute mess. Please don’t judge me.
This is the space where my monster likes to relax. It’s either this little, flat, purple cushion or it’s my laptop.
This is one of the images I was referring too at the top of the post. The painted wooden boards that I use for my photo backdrops and props strewn over the computer desk.
Another day from the craft room! On this particular day, I was making the clay strawberry ring dish from this years edition of Handmade Happy magazine. Another one of the shameful mess posts. This is actually how my craft room looks regularly. I do wish I was a tidy person.
I love my swivel pen storage! I have A LOT more jammed in there now as I was having a huuuuuge clear out and managed to cut my stationery collection in half and I managed to free up a square in my expedit.
I love this kitty lamp. I got it on eBay for about £15 but it’s sans lamp at the minute. I need to figure out how to fix it.
I changed the knobs on my Ikea Moppe drawers! You can see the original version I created in my Craft Room Tour post. I’ve now distressed these drawers a little and moved them to another square. I love them.
A little close up of some gorgeous greengate tea towels and napkins! I love them so much. You can also see a little peek of some cardboard, coffee filter angel wings that I made after seeing a tutorial on pinterest.
A slightly better view of the angel wings. I made these coloured jars to use as props for the Summer Magazine photo shoots ^_^
