Pattern Notes :
All rows are worked in rounds. The bottom diameter of the coin purse and the diameter of the metal purse frame should be the same.
mr: magic ring
sc : single crochet
inc : increase ( 2 sc into the same stitch )
dec : decrease ( sc the next 2 stitch together )
Let’s Get Started
Make a magic ring
Round 1 : 6 sc in mr (6)
2 : 2 sc in every stitch (12)
3 : 1 sc, inc repeat 3 times (18)
4 : 2 sc, inc repeat 5 times (24)
5 : 3 sc, inc repeat 5 times (30)
6 : 4 sc, inc repeat 5 times (36)
7 : 5 sc, inc repeat 5 times (42)
8 – 20 : sc around (42)
21 : 5 sc, dec repeat 5 times (36) and fasten off.
How To Sew :
To sew the metal purse frame, we place it on the crochet purse frame such that the holes on the metal frame face downwards.
Leaving identical length gaps on each side ( you can mark these points ) we sew it using a thread with the same color.
The coin purse is ready.
How easy was that to do? The project looks complicated, but it really isn’t.
