Bright Colourful Crochet & Free Crochet Patterns from Color n’ Cream Blog
This image is actually one of my own as I managed to get my hands on some gorgeous coasters and an even nicer crochet cushion! Made by the lovely Jenn Poort from Color n Cream blog.
I think these coasters match my pretty Pantone mug!
As soon as I saw these coasters and the cushion on Jenn’s blog I knew I had to have them!
I really do love these colours. I must find out what yarn was used! I never would have thought to put all these colours together in crochet, but I’m useless with matching colours like this. I can’t believe Jenn started to crochet the same time I did!
“I’m addicted to crochet, sewing, interior styling, collage making, painting and lots of other crafts. I’ve been creating as long as I remember, always encouraged by my mom. I got my own sewing machine when I was about 8 and started crochet only 4 years ago. I loved to learn a new skill and am crazy about the results. It’s nice to see those little balls of yarn evolving into colorful accessories!”
This is my lovely cushion in progress! Jenn has many patterns on her blog, available for free which you can access on the sidebar on her blog but this particular pattern is available on Etsy.
I do like the colours of this bright, little baby blanket! I initially thought these postcards were rather kitsch but I actually can’t tell.
Aren’t all of these yarn colours absolutely beautiful? The co-ordinating fabric is great too. A perfect pairing for crochet cushions; Jenn likes to back the crochet cushions with fabric and a panel of crochet squares with little decorative buttons.
These bright, colourful coasters are just marvellous! The colours remind me of the summertime!
I’m really rather jealous of Jenn’s Ikea Raskog cart. How does Jenn keep all of her crochet kit so organised?! The multi colours are just fabulous and very striking.
This is really a rather beautiful stack of blankets! I always love seeing crochet blankets stacked high. It reminds me of getting ready to build forts when I was younger! You should put the ketlle on, you will love Jenn’s blog and you can access all of the free patterns there via the sidebar.
