DIY Cornstarch & Baking Soda Clay & Baubles

This is how I made my clay! In picture format ^_^ I followed this recipe to the letter and stirred like crazy.
This clay is great! It’s light weight and doesn’t take an awful lot of effort to roll out (unlike the Daz clay), once rolled out, I used a snowflake stamp and used a bauble cookie cutter/plunger to get the ornament out. Super simple!
This is an example of some of the plunger cutters I have. You can find them in paperchase or similar on etsy. Aren’t they adorable? They took about a day to set and I checked on them every so often; a couple had started cracking at the back but I just wet my finger and rubbed circles into the clay (very gently) until the cracks filled in. That seemed to work a treat! I love them. I shall be offering a couple as gifts ^_^ and adding glitter to everything!
