Colourful DIY Projects and Workshops with The People Shop
I have to tell you, I have a new lady crush; Allison Saddler, owner of The People Shop. A wonderful store in Birmingham, hosts some fabulous workshops and also has a very pretty online store. I would love to visit one of these workshops! I would never leave ^_^
Isn’t Allison’s dining room table rather marvellous?! I have those little pom poms hanging in my craft room and I have that blue garland kit that I need to stick together and make a little phrase! They were previously used for birthdays and I just haven’t bothered to change them. The flowers on the table are rather beautiful. I love this room.
These marvellous DIY painted plant pots were a little project Allison posted on her blog at the beginning of march. Those plants are just beautiful and perfectly seasonal.
This flower headband was another, rather fabulous, DIY project on Allison’s blog recently. Isn’t it beautiful?! where could I find some of those beautiful faux ranunculus? I’ve seen some fake flowers around but they’re really awful quality. I may need to keep looking!
Allison had these lovely embroidery hoops as DIY projects on her blog and this post of her bedroom is just lovely! I want that colourful Rice DK lamp and that letter garland above the bed.
This little DIY typography poster was a very pretty idea for Mothers Day!
Look at this shop! More importantly; look at that pattern on the corner desk, just behind that blue chair in the bottom right corner of the image. What fabric is that?! I want it!!
Some of the very lovely products available through the People Shop, online and in store ^_^
These beautiful cushions were a great sewing project Allison created for an issue of Mollie Makes.
And this is the outside of the store! I want to go visit!
I just LOVE this DIY no sew banner. Allison is awesome, her and Mr.Christian (husband) have the most marvellous little creative life and beautiful store. Go visit!
