Well, I realise I haven’t posted any beautiful images from my home since January (shock horror!) the reason being, I was working on magazine projects. As it was a big secret surprise for you all, I couldn’t share too much information! Luckily, you all now can have your pastel infusion for today!
I LOVE hydrangea. Unfortunately, these didn’t last too long in my care. Like the Miracle grow lady, I should be arrested for crimes against plant life. I think I will have to read some hydrangea care guides. The plant is now just a pot of sticks in some soil, sitting outside, getting the rain and the sunshine. Hopefully they will bloom again and be beautiful.
So, I discovered the joys of Martha Stewart gloss paint and found my new favourite colour ever – sea glass. That colour was so difficult to find at a regular price (here in the UK) I managed to find a store who ordered me in 6 bottles :p just incase I ran out!
I posted this before when I was sharing all of Jenn Poort’s lovely work.
I love everything in this picture! That little painted basket was a project for the Handmade Happy Summer magazine, the Miss Etoile Cupcake was bought on eBay and the print is from the fabulous Jenny and Aaron from every day is a holiday.
This is some work in progress for my house. A little wine box makeover!
Just a peep into some work in the craft room. My desk was a mess with furniture paint jobs for months and months! I’m so happy to have claimed my desk back!
I had to buy some more of Jenn’s marvellous work. I just love the multi coloured pot holders. They’re so bright and gorgeous!
And of course… my breakfast is always pastel and floral! I hope you enjoyed these little peeks into my pastel home decor and accessories!
