15. Journal Prompts Log
It would be a great idea for a lined notebook.
Record any prompts for writing or journaling so that you can refer back to it when stuck for inspiration.
16. Gardening Planner:
It’s more like my ‘taking notes from the Edible garden‘ book and basically planning what to plant and buy and key info.
17.A rubber stamp log!
If you carve your own rubber stamps or use rubber stamps regularly then this is a great idea!
I started carving rubber stamps just before Christmas.
The first few were bad because I have terrible grip but practice is helping.
I’m also using a mini kraft moleskin but the paper isn’t the best quality for stamp ink.
#18. DIY Planner
I love how she created this! There is so much to see on the lovely little blog.. heaps of adorable diys, gift wrapping ideas, beaded bows, washi tape, glitter pegs.. you name it.. it’s adorable and a beautiful blog!

#19. An Envelope Scrap Mini book as a gift
#20. Home Makeover Plans
If you are planning any refurbishments then it would be a good idea to keep floorplans, measurements, notes of any products you want, including item numbers etc.
#21. To Shoot/Photograph List Book
This notebook is for images that you need to take.
If you’re a blogger or if you have a family event, it’s a good idea to jot down the images you want to take (especially if you have intentions of creating some scrapbooks or other memory keeping albums).
#22 – Moodboard Notebook –
My peaches and cream wedding party mood board notebook.
This A4 notebook is actually full of mood boards including plans for my office decor, bedroom decor/makeover, living room decor/makeover etc.
I shall take lots of pictures and give a more detailed insight!
#23. Colour Journal
There are also ideas on using patterns etc if you go nosing through the archives. I loved this idea so much I have decided to keep my own colour journal. I am hoping to use some of my off cuts of shop fabric to inspire me with my colours and patterns but I think I should maybe start with the basics first. Maybe attach an envelope in the front so I can use it regularly. Such a fab idea. Can’t wait to get more pages done.
#24.Craft Supplies Inventory
I used a sheet of label stickers as I was far too lazy to rule pages all through my big notebook and I lined the paints up in order so I knew which shade was which when I was putting them in my notebook.
Sticking down and recording colours.
I recently started this notebook series because I had so many blank notebooks…
I’m an addict!
And I wanted to use some for quality creative pieces instead of randomness!
Keeping a Christmas Planner is a great idea to keep you organised during the Holiday season.
If you are trying to build muscle mass or lose weight, then keeping track of the precise exercises you do will help you improve upon what you are already doing. Especially, if you hit a plateau.
#27.Food Diary/Menu Planning
If you are incredibly organised you can always keep a notebook full of meal ideas.
Or, if you are trying to lose weight you can use it as a food diary to track your calorie intake.
#28.Books To Read
Different from a reading log, a books to read notebook is purely dedicated to all of the books that you would LOVE to read.
Chances that you will actually be able to read them all are small, but it’s a good reference when you are in need of something to read.
#29.Bible/Scripture Journal if you’re that way inclined
Illustrated faith is a scrapbooking/journaling brand that became very popular over the past few years, if you would keep a notebook like that I would advise checking out that movement via their homepage.
#30.A Book Of Lists
Are you familiar with the52 Lists project?
I remember when the 52 lists project began, created by Moorea Seal (we were in a blogging class together back in 2010). The idea is that you fill out lists once a week that will help nurture self-expression and self-development.
You don’t have to buy the book, of course.
It’s possible to simply fill a notebook full of regular lists. Lists of your favourite movies, snacks, tv shows, books, art supplies… anything that takes your fancy.
Now I want to know if you have any notebook ideas?
What do you use your notebooks for?
