A Morning Schedule Full Of Self Care
When you’re the kind of person who wakes up at the very last minute and runs screaming out the door into your car and all the way to work, it’s likely that you’re grouchy, snippy and a rather unpleasant being to be around. I know this because I speak from experience. It was a tough lesson to learn but man I learned it!
Staying calm in the morning, relaxing and taking my medication at the same time every day is a much better way to waken up. Staying calm before I even think about working, makes the work day so much easier and I’m far more productive.

Create An Artistic Layout
Believe it or not, art journaling is actually my favourite creative thing to do. It’s what I started doing when I was in University and needed a creative outlet that I had control over; as I was creating similar ‘journals’ for University projects. The uni projects always had a very tight brief and I could only be so creative. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it!

12 Ways To Love Yourself
If you don’t love yourself enough, it can lead to cyclical bad behaviour. Telling yourself that you might be fooling everyone around you and actually living in fear of that discovery is probably a lot let reasonable to accept when you look at the breadth of your actual achievements.
Practice positive self-talk for a period of time, and it could help you to gain a more realistic view of yourself.
Like Ariana Huffington, I feel like it’s my mission to shout at people who don’t seem to care about their sleeping patterns. If you’re on the receiving end of my shouting, you really should go the Leslie Knop route;
I’m definitely caring loudly at you.
Sleep is SO important and SO restorative, I just can’t deal with a day unless I’ve had a decent sleep. Due to my chronic illnesses, I notice when there’s been ANY disruption in my sleep at all. The knock on effect is staggering at times and I KNOW that it’s sleep. What about those people who don’t care about their sleeping patterns and put down their crappy mood to something else?!
Remember, I’m caring loudly at you!

One of the biggest things I’ve gained from journaling is clarity. Understanding my purpose and intentions. It’s where you will find me writing down goals, dreams, and intentions. It can and usually will set you on a more structured path that will help you to achieve and attain all of your goals in life.
When you aren’t sure of what it is that you’re meant to do, it’s a lot harder to make sure that you’re doing all of the things that will make your dreams a solid possibility!
