Pretty Shabby Living and Inspiring Crochet
As soon as I found the blog 66Jana, I fell in love. Currently, I am not in love with my bedroom, so when I found this gorgeous shabby chic bedroom, my eyes lit up! It’s so clean, tidy and beautifully arranged.
oh! Hanging lavender and greengate tea towels, could it be any better?! These bunches of lavender are just beautiful and when they dry up they will be perfect shabby decor! The wall hooks and little storage cubbies that the lavender is hanging from is just beautiful, I must return to Jana’s blog and see if I can get a better view!
I think we all might own one of these ikea vases or planters in some form or other! I have a planter ^_^ the pink roses in this vase are stunning and are perfect for any shabby chic bedroom. I would delight in going to bed every night if my bedroom looked like this!
and of course, this lady is after my own heart with crochet strawberries! Don’t they look fabulous? ………

I love this photograph ^_^
I’m also a huge fan of crochet cushions! You know, the right colour combination and crochet cushions can look fabulous in shabby living. I have several crochet cushions and crochet edged cushions that I mix and match when the seasons change. I have a few white/off white cushions in different shapes that look lovely in my autumnal/neutral colour scheme in my living room. (I will take pictures come Autumn!)
Now I need to eat some strawberries! Come on summer! We’ve all been waiting rather patiently.
The bedspreads on this bed is rather fabulous, I would love to know if it’s branded or if it was from a department store. The colours are perfect for a shabby decor scheme.
oh! That mirror! Everything about this little vignette is perfect for shabby living.
