I was just thinking that I HAVE to buy some more pretty scrapbook paper, in fabulous pastel colours but I remembered that I have a lot in my storage boxes. I should probably look there before I go and spend a fortune on all the Crate Paper lines that are currently available!
I’m so excited about spring time and all of the beautiful, colourful crafting opportunities arise with the new season! I’m also excited to share my favourite scrapbook paper brand; Crate Paper and a gorgeous little easter party created by Katie Ehman! I was blow away by all of the beautiful garlands, gift bags, cut out easter decorations and beautiful colours on display that I had to share them with you all.
and such pretty background paper. Personally… I think I would make the bunnies a little smaller and maybe cut the sheet paper into a pennant (an upside down house shape). I absolutely adore the layered, stitched ribbon to keep all of the lovely cut outs together. It was an inspired idea alltogether!
*gasp* how simple is this idea?! Cutting egg shapes from pretty patterned paper and hanging them from a branch arrangement. Genius. Another one of those… ‘why the heck did I not think of doing that?’ questions!
Just marvellous altogether! I defy this decor not to make anyone feel happy with all the colours! I thought that I had spied some pretty stitching detail running down the centre of the egg shapes but that could be from the twine and glue holding it up on the little wire brances. That could be a good idea though for your papercraft creations! There is plenty more to see over at the Crate Paper blog; lots of fabulous easter and spring time inspiration so go grab a notebook or ‘to do’ list and head over to the blog – Crate Paper Post with Katie Ehman.
