Even a small change can make a huge difference, and as I like to change things often, I try to keep the changes simple and low cost as I can-
usualy just changing your pillows or curtains in a room will spark a new life in it…
I chose a small corner in our living room – my kids computer desk, I had some vintage flower postcards I once bought in a flea market, and found some more postcards on the internet and printed them out on cardstock paper the idea of making a postcards wall came from the lovely book of “decorating with flowers“.
Some of the postcards were pasted straight onto the wall and some I framed in different frames I had.
In between is a rose cross stitch I made on a plastic cheese cover.
I covered the mouse pad with floral fabric – glued at the back, put an old white tablecloth on the table and added a floral pillow on the chair to match.
hope you liked it…
