An Inspiring Painted Kitchen in Pastel Hues and Candy Colours
How fabulous are these cabinets?! I don't have the confidence to pull something like this off in my own kitchen but I do love these candy kitchen colours.
This is my favourite colour palette, which I'm sure many of you already know! I love everything about this image, there is so much packed into one little area.
The mosaic tiles are in a bit of a random order but they look fabulous, especially with that tiny little wall mounted plate.

*faints* painted chairs, the longest dining room table I've ever seen, neon pink candles on a chandelier, gorgeous open shelving in the kitchen and fabulous, pastel kitchen accessories! That's it! I'm moving in!!!

This is such an impressive open living space. I'm not too sure how keen I am on the olive colour throughout this living room. In fact, I know I'm not a fan. But I do appreciate that too much of that colour palette in the house could be a little bit too sickly sweet.
I do love the shade of pink on the walls and on the 'office' chair. I really must go to a local DIY store and get lots of paint cards. I couldn't really be bothered dealing with waiting for paint to be mixed, as I'm almost certain that I only want little tester pots. I would also want some eco paint or chalk paint that is suitable for multiple surfaces and is low on VOC's (volatile organic compounds).
I have a really sensitive sense of smell, the last time we had some woodwork painted in my home I had the worst headache for about a week. It was strong it made me very sick too so I made a vow to avoid it at all costs!

Look at that little face! He's beautiful! Anyway, I included this photograph, so you could see this fabulous exterior. You don't see wooden houses here in the UK, they're mostly red brick.
I would love to go and see all the creative houses in Finland! This kitchen is via the Finnish magazine site, kotijakeittio; you should probably make some tea as you could be browsing that site for hours

Love, love love that dining table!! It looks so pretty surrounded by all those perfectly mismatched chairs. Also, I am like you and am very sensitive to paint odors and chemicals, which is weird because it never used to bother me at all. A couple of years ago we had some work done inside and the crew used some sort of aerosol primer and I woke up the next morning with swollen lips and a rash all over. It was awful!!! Chalk paint doesn't bother me at all though, thankfully.

yeah i really like chalk paint but i did love the finish of the gloss paint! Oh aerosols are the worst... I don't get a reaction like that I just get insane headaches and nausea. I've got very sensitive smell anyway so i can even smell when the house next to us (terraced) have had wood painted at the front of their house. (I think I need a better draft excluder attached to my door!) Thank you for stopping by! Finally I have a link to your blog! woo!

I'm sorry I don't know the brand. You can get many candy colours in the different brands available at the moment. Check Dulux or the homebase own range. They're pretty good.
