Mental health problems affect women and men equally. However, some problems are more common among women, with studies revealing that women are more prone to suffering from mental health issues.
According to a report from the Mental Health Foundation UK, women are more likely to have been treated for a mental health problem than men, with a 29% probability as compared to men’s 17%.
However, Claire of Heart Handmade UK is changing this narrative by helping women leverage their creativity with the launch of The Crafty Rejuvenation Challenge.
Claire aims to personify the experience, sharing some of the best and easiest psychological hacks that will make creativity effortless even after the five days. The challenge will also feature the Create Room team, bringing over 12 years of experience to enable daily creativity for mental health.
